Together with the amazing team at Forward Thinking Birmingham, we’ve launched a monthly subscription box to help raise vital funds to improve our city’s youth mental health.
The number of children and young people seeking help from mental health services has more than doubled in recent years. Covid-19 has intensified the challenges they face on a previously unimaginable scale, deepening existing problems and creating new ones.
A monthly donation in support of our fantastic mental health service will help us raise the much-needed funds to continue improving the lives of all the children and young people who need us, both now and in the future.
In return for a regular gift of £6.30 per month, your child will receive our newly launched ‘Who I Am Counts’ monthly subscription box which has been created to encourage children and young people to feel confident in safely speaking up about how they’re feeling.
Sent via post, each month your child will receive positive postcards, wellbeing resources, exercises and a ‘thought diary’ to help them focus on their own good mental health and wellbeing. They will also receive all the tools and equipment needed to complete monthly creative art activities, such as:
- Make your own birdfeeder
- Origami projects for beginners
- Mindfulness colouring
To subscribe just fill in the form below and you’ll be taken to a page to set up the required £6.30 monthly direct debit. Be sure to let us know which age group your child/young person is in so we can make sure the pack’s contents is engaging and relevant to them.
We believe the good mental health of children and young people is worth fighting for and so by setting up this monthly subscription gift you will become part of a special group of people fighting to improve our city’s youth mental health.
